This Scottish gin is distilled using 11 botanicals including Bladderwrack seaweed and Fir pine needles. Expect an elegant palate bursting with tropical fruit, juniper (of course) and resin-like notes.
This gin is a 'grain to glass' spirit. Local wheat is taken and is fermented for 7 days to create maximum character in the mouth. Although this process is more time, energy and cost intensive, the guys at the Crafty Distillery believe it is the best way to deliver a truly craft gin.
