Cameronbridge 1991 (29 year old) Douglas Laing Old Particular
This is quite unique dram and really highlights the strength of single grain whiskies. It is bottles by Douglas Laing as a part of their Old Particular Range of Whiskies.
Nose - an initial sweetness arises with vanilla, toffee and heather honey, a little fruit notes keeps appearing with hazelnut juice and hints of spices.
Palate - a little more spice appears in the form of cinnamon and ginger before a tangy bitter orange peel note pops in along with creme Brule coated with Muscovado Sugar
