Dalgety Tormore 11 year old
This fruity, sweet and complex single malt was distilled at the Tormore distillery in the Speyside. The whisky was aged in traditional bourbon hogsheads and Hannah Whisky Merchants bottled it at 50.5% ABV with no caramel colouring nor chill filtration involved.

Hannah Whisky Merchants
Hannah Whisky Merchants are independent bottlers bringing international whisky enthusiasts an exclusive taste of Scotland’s traditional spirit. This means they are part detective and a bit magician as they seek, source, and look after rare single malt whiskies from distilleries across Scotland, turning them into something special through traditional bottling techniques.
All releases are hand bottled, without any chill filtering or colouring which means the original taste remains unaffected and the end flavour is pure, full, and always unique.
The Speyside Distillery Tormore was one of the first new distilleries that were built in the 20th century. It’s more known for its unique and pretty architecture than for its Whiskies which predominantly are used for Blends. The Tormore distillery buildings were granted 'listed status' in 1986 even though the distilelry was just 30 year sold back then. In Galic, Torra Mhoir means Big Hill.
The distillery produces clear wort and ferments its wash for 52 hours. It makes use of the purifiers attached to the pot stills to produce a light and delicate spirit with an edge when aged for longer.
