Palate: Sweet pear and tropical hints with banana and almond notes are contrasted with subtle herbs ofthyme and rosemary. With water added – packed with fresh green notes of pear, cardamom, waxy with a prickly peppery note anise
Finish: Dry and balanced. Digestive biscuit, honey, malty, and salted caramel popcorn. Faint spiciness developing nutmeg and brown sugar.
