This Aqua Vitae distilled at Lindores Abbey is prepared using pot still distilled malt spirit and steeping it for 7 days with local botanicals including lemon verbena, cleavers and sweet cicely. Enjoy this drink on its own or over ice. We recommend it with ginger ale and a squeeze of fresh lime.
