Opening a factory and upped production. Trying to remain apolitical in the region the brand was to be singled out and the Factory attacked an demolished by protesters. Moving from Nicaragua to Honduras whilst the Esteli factory was rebuilt the company eventually returned and has made cigars in Nicaragua ever since.
