After a patient and long wait, the very first single malt whisky from the Isle of Raasay distillery is here, the first legal distillery on the Hebridean island. Raasay's single malt release is an assemblage of unpeated and peated spirits matured in first-fill Rye whiskey casks, virgin Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks.
