Xikar VX V Series Cutters are a high end range cigar cutters. Designed to remove a notch of tobacco from the rear of the cigar without destroying the capping. This allows for a even draw even on the tightest wrapped cigars. These cutters do not work!! on Torpedo cigars.

Scott Almsberger is the vice-president and director of design. The two came together through an eye for innovation and a dissatisfaction with the cigar accessories market. Kurt, who has an MBA, took control of management and administration whilst Scott, who was an industrial designer by trade, took control of engineering and product design.
