Talisker 10-Year-Old (46% vol) With its brilliant gold hue, this malt features a powerful peat-smoke aroma with a salty-sweetness of seawater. It is full-bodied, with rich dried-fruit sweetness and abundant smoke on the palate, highlighted by strong barley-malt flavors. The taste profile is smoky-sweet and powerful, with a peppery explosion at the back of the mouth, followed by a long, warming, and peppery finish. This whisky is often described as "sweet thunder."

Clynelish 14-Year-Old (45.8% vol) This yellow-gold malt has a sweet, light, waxy nose with a faint floral fragrance that develops into notes of scented candle wax, dried flowers on the beach, and brown sugar. It is firm and light to medium-bodied, with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. The maritime notes are consistently present, leading to a salty-dry finish with an attractive, crisp sea-air quality. It is noted for its delicious drinkability.
