Shipping costs are calculated by our checkout. Please note that costs vary depending on Customs and Duty requirements of the delivery location (ie Switzerland charges a customs charge that is Incorporated into the delivery charge.).
Shipping to the United States of America:
We regret to inform you that currently we are unable to ship Tobacco products to the United States of America and its associated territories.
Recent Tariffs placed on Scotch whisky and other UK spirits wont effect the cost of shipping or whisky bought from our online store. As these products are bought for personal consumption by a private individual and not for retail sales they are Tariff exempt.
Delivery should take 7 working days. If you would like to add insurance (3% of product value.) to your package please contact us on email@example.com.
When shipping to the USA Pricing is calculated by volume as such the equivalent of shipping 1 bottle of whisky will costs significantly more than 6 bottles.
We can ship to most states with the exception of the following
- Alaska (except for Anchorage)
- New Hampshire
- North Dakota
- Armed Forces Domestic and Foreign.
Bulk Purchase and Shipping:
Shipping restrictions require that only 6 bottles can be sent per package. As such we will send the parcel in as few boxes as possible. These packages may arrive at separate times, a signature will be needed for each parcel sent.
Who can sign for packages:
As all our products are age restricted sales we will require a person of at least 18 years of age to sign for the Delivery. Identification maybe requested by the delivery operator. If you request that the parcel be delivered with a neighbor or safe place, we can not guarantee that damages and lose of product will be covered by shipping insurance.
The UK left the EU on 31 January 2020, and the transition period as stated in the Withdrawal Agreement has begun. for more information please click here.
Currently there are no changes to shipping with in the European Union. If and when this changes this list will be updated.
We aim to shipping our orders on the day of purchase. If the order is placed after 2pm the parcel maybe sent the next day. If a delay in shipping is expected we will get in touch by email to keep you up to date.
