The Uncharted Whisky Company operates as an independent whisky bottler under the exclusive management of Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. Situated in the picturesque village of Fintry, Scotland, they harbor a profound passion for crafting exceptional whisky.
Casks of whisky, carefully chosen and cherished, form the foundation of their work. At times, the whiskies are bottled immediately, while on other occasions, they undergo further maturation. Occasionally, the process takes a more adventurous turn, with a touch of radicalism as they complete the maturation in entirely different casks.
