Porter's Gin 70cl
Porter's Gin started as a pipe dream when Professor Andrew Porter of Aberdeen University acquired a Rotary Evaporator. The Name of the Gin is taken from the Professor, members of his university year decided to use the Evaporator to make a distilled alcohol using cold distillation. The idea that a gin should have a botanical bill that "makes sense" is the founding ideal of the Gin. What does that mean? Every flavour should have its reason to be there. The Gin in this case is made using both Cold Distillation and hot Distillation in copper pot stills.
