Punch Cigars was first registered in 1840 by a German man called Stockmann and named after the European Puppet Show (Not the Magazine that was released a year later.). The brand become extremely popular in the United Kingdom. It changed hands twice between 1874 and 1884 and after many years of hardship it reestablished after the Revolution and to this day is still a vastly popular cigar Brand.
