Cardrona Just Hatched
This lovely singe malt was made in New Zeland and as the name suggests (Just Hatched) it is their first whisky. A marriage of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this "Just Hatched" Whisky reveals Cardrona's underlying character of borage flower honey, vanilla, spice, with weighted spirit on the tongue - an indication of the adult whisky to come.
