The Red Mist Gin offers delicate sweetness; the initial mouth feel as smooth and creamy framed by the sharpness of raspberry. As the gin progresses the strawberry fades, and the raspberry is accompanied by the traditional gin flavours mingled with peppery tones which leave the tongue and throat warm.
