Pilgrim's Gin
Pilgrim's gin has a very interesting story behind it. It is reduced to bottling strength by using water from a well located very close to the site where the shrine of St. Andrews, patron saint of Scotland, was located centuries ago. The pilgrims would be given a badge that would protect them from thieves and hostile people in their long journey back. Some of those badges have been recovered and are replicated in the main label of this gin.
The gin has a fruity nose with black berries and juniper coming through. It is smooth, oily on the palate and has a long finish.
The Gin liqueurs are sweet, complex and bursting with berry, spice and herbal flavours.
