It is definitely Autumn, we can feel it in the air. The days are shorter, it is definitely cooler and some brown leaves started to appear on trees. The palate calls for spicier, richer and warmer flavours. Many such flavours can be found in various different beers, whiskies and cigars. Here at Jeffrey st. we've selected Autumn friendly flavours.
Cigar Selections
Due to popular demand, we have increased the cigar selections available. There are now three different selections:
The Cuban selection contains five specially selected sticks with plenty of flavour and of a reasonable length.
The New World cigar selection includes 5 superb sticks from Nicaragua and beyond. Not sure which cigar selection to go for? Our
Mixed Cigar selection offers three sticks from Cuba and two sticks from the New World.
Newest Whiskies
There is a
20 year old Miltonduff bottled by Berry Bros and Rudd now in stock. This whisky has a great palate with toasted notes and a long finish. The Glenrothes 2001 is another great offering. Expect baked apple pie, vanilla notes and some spice. The wonderfully delicious
GlenMoray 25 year old finished in Tawny Port Casks is also available as well as the bargain priced

The Guild of Maltheads
At the end of this month The Guild of Maltheads will have its first ever whisky tasting. Every month The Guild of Maltheads will meet and sample at least three unique, rare and limited whiskies before anyone else here at Jeffrey st. More

Beer news
We have a superb stout which comes from Japan:
Hitachino Nest Espresso Stout. This coffee stout has a creamy palate, plenty of roasted, Autumn-friendly flavours and complexity. Cult brewery Evil Twin Brewing produced an amazing double IPA:
Molotov Cocktail. This phenomenal brew has oily, citrus notes and pine-like undertones. Nano brewery
Luckie Ales has released an
amazing IPA, we have very limited stocks and it's going down a treat! Exiled Brewers have also released their much awaited
cream ale. This style of beer has a unique and quirky history that we cover in
