Lindores Abbey MCDXCIV
The inaugural release from Lindores Abbey distillery was aged in wine barriques, sherry and traditional casks. The whisky is incredibly drinkable with plenty of tropical fruit notes, subtle spice and a lovey waxy palate.

The spiritual home of Scotch whisky. The original abbey is mentioned in Scotland's first ever written mention of distilled alcohol in history. This distillery uses 100% locally grown barley.
