Morris Muscat Finish Australian Single Malt
This delightful whisky was aged in American and French oak casks that previuosly contained Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz wine. The whisky was then finished in rare and premium Muscat casks fro extra depth and complexity. Expect a sweet, malty and viscous spirit with plenty of figs, prunes, raisin and other dried fruit notes.

Wine maker for well over 100 years, this winery and distillery located in Victoria, Australia decided to put its copper pot-still to good use. In 2016, whisky production started using locally sourced grain. Whisky legends Jim Swan and John McDoughal were hired as consultants.
