This medium filler cigar features tobaccos from Ecuador, Sumatra, the Dominican Republic, and the unique Condega tobacco from Nicaragua, aged in Scotch casks for a more robust flavor compared to its counterpart in "The Original Series."
Enclosed in a beautiful, shiny dark brown Habano seed wrapper grown in Ecuador, this Petit Panetela is crafted in a 38 x 4 format, perfect for shorter moments of contemplation as the sun sets. Upon lighting, notes of dark coffee and leather delight the palate, while flavors of pepper and wood emerge. Towards the final third, hints of spice come forward, all the while maintaining the signature Davidoff sophistication in taste and complexity. About Davidoff Cigars..
Davidoff cigars and cigarillos started life as a luxury brand for Zino Davidoff from whom the brand derives its name. After the end of the second world war Zino wanted to crack into the cigar world to supply cigars to his high end clients. In 1967 the Cuban state tobacco Company Cubatobaco aproched Zito with the intent of creating a range of cigars bareing the Davidoff name. In 1968 the Brand was launched with cigars made at the El Laguito factory. after falling out with Cubatobaco the brand now makes its cigars using new world leafs from Brazil to Nicaragua.
