Made using equal amounts of peated and unpeated barley, this single malt was matured in bourbon and sherry casks for extra complexity. The guys at Adelphi bottled it at 46.8% ABV. No chill-filtration nor artificial colouring were used.
Ardnamurchan distillery
Owned by legendary independent bottler Adelphi this distillery has been producing spirit since 2014. The company decided to release the first official bottling until the spirit was ready.
From the very beginning Ardnamurchan distillery sought to become a sustainable and environmentally friendly site. It was the first distillery to introduce block chain technology to its bottles.
