About Davidoff Cigars..
Davidoff cigars and cigarillos started life as a luxury brand for Zino Davidoff from whom the brand derives its name. After the end of the second world war Zino wanted to crack into the cigar world to supply cigars to his high end clients. In 1967 the Cuban state tobacco Company Cubatobaco approached Zito with the intent of creating a range of cigars bearing the Davidoff name. In 1968 the Brand was launched with cigars made at the El Laguito factory. after falling out with Cuba tobacco the brand now makes its cigars using new world leaf's from Brazil to Nicaragua.
