Kingsbarns Balcomie Sherry Cask Matured 5cl
Produced at the family-owned Kingsbarns Distillery in the heart of Fife, this Single Malt is produced using locally grown Fife barley. It is matured exclusively in first-fill ex-Oloroso American oak sherry butts from Jerez, carefully selected by Isabella Wemyss for their rich sherry character and delicate oak influence. The casks bring warmth and sweetness to the naturally fruity spirit, creating a beautifully balanced whisky in which the character of the distillate and the influence of the wood complement one another perfectly.
