Morris Signature Australian Single Malt
This single malt was aged in French oak and American oak casks that previously contained premium Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon wines from the Barossa valley. After a maturation period of at least three years, the whisky was then finished in premium Muscat barrels.
Expect a mellow and smooth whisky with orchard fruit notes, berry and biscuit flavours with dried fruit undertones.

Wine maker for well over 100 years, this winery and distillery located in Victoria, Australia decided to put its copper pot-still to good use. In 2016, whisky production started using locally sourced grain. Whisky legends Jim Swan and John McDoughal were hired as consultants.
