Stauning Smoke
This super Daish single malt whisky is made from local barley and smoked over locally sourced heather and peat. The result is a dram bursting with flavours of sweet barley and vanilla coated with gentle smoke from heatland.
Matured in a mix of 1st Fill bourbon casks, 1st Fill Madeira casks, 1st Fill Jamaica Rum casks and Virgin American Oak casks.
