Warhead is the name given to this Teaspooned malt. In this case it is Glenfiddich with the edition of 1% Balvenie. This practice is to reserve the exclusivity of the William Grant and Son brands. By adding one teaspoons worth of malt from Balvenie the whisky is now officially a Blended Malt. This 21 year old Blended Malt has all the flavours of Glenfiddich with a light green apple and under ripened pear. The palate is quite strong with a noticeable Soor Ploom sweet taste and a fantastic wooden after taste.
