Blackened Cigars By Drew Estate M81 Robusto
Blackened M81 is a passion project uniting three veteran cigar enthusiasts—Jonathan Drew (Drew Estate founder), James Hetfield (Metallica co-founder, vocalist and guitarist), and Rob Dietrich (Master Distiller of BLACKENED American Whiskey).
It’s an all-maduro blend that opens with a thick, oily wrapper from Mexico’s San Andrés Valley, paired with a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and a bold mix of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania Broadleaf fillers, including some of the strongest ligero in Drew Estate’s collection.
The result is a dark, full-bodied smoke with deep, rich character and notes of espresso, leather, and dark chocolate.
