RAER Pedro Ximénez Expression is a richly sherried blended Scotch whisky, matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks sourced from the Jerez region of Andalucía, Spain.
RAER Blended Scotch Whisky is decanted into the carefully selected casks and laid down for further maturation in bond at Jackton Distillery. The result is a rich and indulgent expression, offering deep fruit, honeyed figs, toasted oak and caramelised sugar, followed by a warm, lingering finish.
The Pedro Ximénez Expression was awarded Bronze at the IWSC 2026, following its prestigious Gold Medal at the World Scotch Whisky Awards in 2023. Its companion, the RAER Oloroso Expression, also received Gold at the same awards in 2022.
