In honour of Strathearn’s distinctive flavour profile and the time dedicated to crafting its rich spirit, Batch 02 has been produced using the same meticulous cask selection as its predecessor—ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak, and ex-Sherry Oak. However, with an increased emphasis on ex-Bourbon cask influence and a reduced proportion of Virgin Oak, this release offers a more rounded expression of Strathearn, enhancing its inherent creaminess, freshness, and overall balance.
