Yes, we’ve done it again! This superb 13-year-old Tomintoul has joined our ever-growing family of whiskies.
Matured in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, it has been bottled at natural cask strength, with no artificial colouring. Expect generous layers of rich sherry, honeyed cereal and nutty notes, complemented by candied fruits and a delicate, creamy texture.
Tomintoul Distillery
Is one of Scotland's newest distilleries. It was built in 1964 and has been in continuous operation ever since. The core range of the distillery is varied and includes whisky aged between 10 and 33 years. A peated version is also available. The high altitude at which the distillery is located makes it a milder whisky as it takes a bit longer to mature. Just as it is the case with the Dalwhinnie distillery.
