The inaugural release from Bonnington distillery is presented with great pride. Distilled on 24/03/2020 and aged in cask #3, a splendid Ruby Port cask, this spirit marks a significant milestone for the establishment.
Limited to just 500 bottles, each containing the golden nectar, every bottle has been meticulously filled and personally hand-signed by Jamie Lockhart, the esteemed distillery manager.
Although in its nascent stages, Bonnington anticipates an annual production volume of approximately 1.1 million liters, equivalent to about 2200 casks, showcasing its commitment to quality and growth in the industry.
