Aberargie Distillery Inaugural Release
The distillery’s inaugural release is a refined single malt Scotch whisky crafted from barley grown on its own farm. The spirit is distilled from a blend of Golden Promise and Laureate barley varieties and matured in an equal combination of first-fill Bourbon and Sherry casks.
The resulting whisky presents a rich, layered profile. Aromas and flavours of baked apple and golden pastry are complemented by notes of succulent sultanas and prunes, leading to a lingering herbal finish that adds depth and balance.
