Isle of Raasay Oak Species Tasing Pack
The launch of the new Oak Species Maturation Series Tasting Pack is now celebrated. This collection features four small (5 cl) yet remarkable whiskies, each distinguished by the unique character imparted through full maturation in virgin oak casks. Carefully selected by Co-founder and Master Distiller Alasdair, the whiskies are bottled at 50.7% ABV. This year’s series showcases how the Raasay spirit evolves when fully matured in the following virgin oak casks:
- Quercus humboldtii,
- Quercus petraea,
- Quercus robur,
- Quercus muehlenbergii.
