Mister Katz's Rock and Rye
Rock and Rye was a common sight at many prohibition era speak easys; they became something of a rarity after the prohibition was repealed. The New York Distilling co. came up with their very own recipe. It marries their youthful rye whiskey and rock candy sugar with sour cherries, cinnamon, and a wisp of citrus. You can sip this on its own, pour it over ice or use it as an ingredient in a complex cocktail.
